Adrian and his staff have helped me on a few occasions. They have always been truthful and more than fair in pricing to get me back online. I purchased a laptop from them also, and am very happy with it. I ask some really simplified questions and they are always good listeners, patient and nice to me. I appreciate their customer service with a redheaded non-geek.
