The VA is using this place for community care and they are terrible. They keep trying to set an intake appointment even though I have had that appointment almost a month ago. They never pick up the phone and texting takes forever, if at all. I am currently talking to community care to have this place removed as an option.
Put my daughter on meds that made her worse, didn’t respond to her emails or texts (hard to reach a person) so I had to call and email. Never followed up to see how she was doing. Cancelled further appointments after self detoxing. Still no follow up to see if she was okay!!!!!
