I'd suggest caution. I got my first condo and wasn't guided fairly and transparently with the real estate agent who represented me. I reached out to the Cupertino office manager, Intero's founders / Chief customer officer. Got told by everyone in the chain of command including their legal head that they will revert, but never did. Discussed with the founder of their competitor who suggested arbitration but I let go due to the hassle. They won't care if you are a small customer. The receptionists are very nice and also very attentive they offer you something to drink and are so nice 😀 the office 🏬 is also so updated and clean wow 👌🏻 👏🏻 Great Service 👍🏻 10 out of 10
Called the office and asked to speak to the broker of the office. The young lady who answered the phone, had no idea who that person was nor what a broker is.
