Incredibly unprofessional. Apparently this agency is perfectly okay managing and brokering illegal rental units and blatantly ignoring CA and SF laws regarding written notice. It is ridiculous that this agency condones that and hires agents that do the same. Shame on you, don't break the law, and don't allow your agents to do the same.

Hello, this real estate agency has members of the team that blatantly ignore tenant law. They will not give proper notice and have no problem brokering illegal units. It's shameful and unprofessional. You can do better.
