The company no longer seems to value honest reviews, as is evidenced by their poor handling of client complaints. They frequently neglect maintenance issues and use the law to excuse their inaction. They once refused to fix an air conditioner in our 100 degree house when my wife was was home with our one year old daughter and was pregnant in her third trimester with twins, claiming it was not an emergency. Yes, sometimes maintenance takes longer than tenants or management would like. This is the nature of the renting business when all larger jobs must be run through owners, who often take their time making decisions. We cannot even order or plan a pricey non-emergency repair without the owners explicit approval. Even then when decisions are made there are delays getting parts, supplies and new appliances that have to be ordered. Do not rent with these people! They are slumlords they take your money and don't fix anything you ask! Everything is raggedy and the owners suck! They are never in office when they are suppose to be. It's always some little boy running around touching people and knocking things over. It is so unorganized! Choose to be homeless then to rent with these people. We have fixed everything she asked for after moving into a completely refurbished apartment with brand new carpets, new blinds and fresh paint. Her complaints amounted to a small leak in kitchen sink, some bi-fold doors to laundry that were off track allowing tenant room to install washer and dryer with ease, one of 2 front doors that stuck ever so slightly and a ceiling fan which was replaced.
