I have to tell you the Dr's here I have no problem with and are very good but and I say but the practice is impossible to get threw to, Just try calling , they refuse to answer, either they are taking NO CALLs or the line is busy. They threaten to charge you if you dont call to cancel or reschedule but make sure you can't by not picking up the phone. My pharmacy can never get threw to them youbhave to personally go there to renew your prescription. I TRUELY hope they get a handle on this or I will be forced to find a new Doc... read more
On 10/03/25 I had appointment at 8:30am. The young lady I never seen her before (she never told me her name) that assisted me was unprofessional and rude to me after questioning me about all the prescription drugs I were taking. I try to tell her that one of my prescription was changed to a different medication. I have been going there for almost 30 years. While I love Dana & Dr Vecchione, their front desk phone protocol & answering service are horrendous. They open at 8am, yet don't "answer" their phones until 830. Good luck getting through until 930, if you are lucky. Ask to leave a complaint at the answering service & you get a rude attitude response. This is not a 1st time occurrence either. I'm not sure how they can run a business this way, but this is why people choose medi-clinics over private practices. They need to do bette... read more
I absolutely adore this office and all of the people working in it. I trust Dr. Vecchione with my life. The girls in the front are amazing. Always so kind, accommodating, professional and beautiful. The office manager runs the office so efficiently and she is also so lovely. The office is always very clean, including the bathroom. I highly recommend this location and the doctors.
