I visited this location on a Tuesday around 1:30pm, I went to the customer service area to ask about carpet cleaners and the lady seem like she did not want to be there but directed me the rental area, once I got there I was informed that none of the carpet vacuum cleaners were working, definitely need to update that information online, I looked it up online before going but thankfully I did not pay and booked online.
Vladimir was the most helpful employee I’ve met! Such a joyful and happy soul who truly understood and help me find what I need. I put 5 stars because that’s all I I could put, would have put more stars! You are the goat, Vlad!

An associate named JR helped me with my grout went to Home Depot’s all over dfw that said they had it in stock. JR went the extra mile and looked in the back found a pallet and got me my grout I needed and in time for my project deadline.
