Leaving 5 stars only because of Jake!! Had a time sensitive need for one piece of equipment for our serviceman working on our new home installs, rekey etc. I asked one guy standing in an aisle, he said he was doing something for someone else, understandable! I asked another white haired man “sir, do you have 2 seconds for a question” he condescendingly said “no, not really” and huffed with an eye roll.
