I bought a 2015 Camaro from these folks. Based on my experience I highly recommend them. My rep, Zach, was courteous, helpful, professional, calm and, most important, did not pressure me. The negotiations were fair and reasonable and the paperwork was handled with efficiency. I bought a car in under 2 hours including a long test drive. And I've had not one second of buyer's remorse. These guys treat you like you want to be treated, with respect and courtesy.
Buying a car can be a daunting task. Kyle Arvizu with Internet Auto Group made it effortless. With his knowledge and expertise of the auto industry, he made me feel at ease. He was able to explain to me the difference of leasing vs. buying and what would be best for my particular needs. I never felt any pressure and he was always available to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use Kyle again and I urge anyone looking for a new or used car to give Kyle a call, you won't be disappointed.
My husband and I bought a used 2015 Ford Explorer from the Internet Auto Group. We worked with Zach, who was polite, friendly and helpful. It took some time to work through the process as we traded in a car as well but it was an excellent experience. We even got a wonderful restaurant recommendation to eat dinner!
