I been coming here for awhile I haven't been in some years I still have had money I put on some glasses done to my health I could not get them or the money but that will not stop me from going back their customer service is great for me matter of fact I will be there up coming weeks and I will give a update on my customer service
All the staff is amazing especially Turhonda she is awesome helped me find just what I needed they have great glasses i definitely recommend them
Friendly service, good hours. Was here recently to get a pair of glasses repaired. Also, dropped off frames for their donation box! Glad they’re here.

I love dr Pao which is why I’m giving this a 5. But not a fan with some of office staff. Some are great. Also very slow and inefficient checkin and checkout process. Still with paper forms that have to fill in basic details every visit. Needs to technologically advance
