If you wanna live somewhere where the management doesn’t care about you, the animals, or anything besides money then I’ve found the apartment complex for you! People floor their cars at 100 miles per hour through the roads when children are playing and animals are crossing and management is too cheap to install a speed bump. But they’ll charge you $350 if you lose your little parking sticker!

I have been living here for one year, and my brother has been living here for two years. This was a nice place to rent: a great location, nice neighbors, and beautiful renovated indoor and outdoor pools and tennis courts. I want to thank the staff for their help throughout the entire lease period. The leasing office staff was always pleasant and helpful, and I also want to thank the girls at the reception desk for their kindness and support. I truly appreciate everyone who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I have been living in IL since 1993. I once thought of moving out; but, I ended up staying in IVL. Staff have consistently been amiable, respectful,and responsive. The environment, ambiance, and structure are excellent. I feel safe. The only problems I have are thievery of packages dropped at the the building's front lobby and absence of handicap parking at the back door of my building.
