Very disappointed - my wife and I attended to get a yellow fever injection. Both of us were seen together and charged a consult fee of $200 for 10 minutes and were also told we would get the majority of it back from Medicare, which was not the case. We went to get BCG vaccine done for our kid as we were travelling to India. However the doc (Dr Prabhu) had to inject the vaccine three times as he missed it twice. Apart from the pain and agony, now the kid has three scars on his shoulder.

This place was recommended by my friends and Came here fot BCG, 4 months vaccine for our baby. Giving this rating just for the lady in the reception and the one who is assisting the doctor for the vaccine today for my 4 months old baby. We have common sense to leave space for the doctor and assistant to inject vaccine on our baby. Before even starting the process you cannot be rude and tell us to stand aside. We wanted to question you but just because of our baby you were not questioned.
