I would not advise purchasing a car from International Subaru Sheboygan. I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism and their effort to keep your money at any cost. On October 1st after a week in half of me contacting the saleman numerous times. He said car was finally cleaned and I could look at. Went there after work car was still dirty (looked like a car wash) was only thing done. I had a lease that I was trying to roll in, they lowballed on that. We bought our 2013 outback from salesman Reggi. He was amazing to work with! We had an issue with the brakes shortly after. They had us bring it in and they fixed it immediately! Love this company and will be returning in the future for my husband's new car!!!!! We give huge 5 star ratings on professionalism, quality, and service!!!!! THANK YOU!!!
I had an excellent experience in the service department with Ben K. and appreciate the superior customer service. A tough day with some vehicle problems was made better upon arrival and interaction with a top notch service department that kept me in the loop and were very focused on customer satisfaction. A+
