Excellent service and caring staff.
I rarely write reviews of doctors' offices because experience can vary so greatly from person to person. However, I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Desai. While I was disappointed by how many different times I needed to answer questions about my pain, the explanation and options that I got from him were top notch. I feel confident that I will be able to find a resolution to my pain and I am comforted by the support I can get from this team. Thank you!
BEST pain management in town!!! Dr. Desai is very smart and thinks outside the box to help customize a plan that works for each patient individually. His PA, Knell, is very detail-oriented and follows up to help you get the care you need. The staff are all professional, welcoming, and caring. They are thorough and very understanding of grumpy patients in high pain (me)! Great location. Can't recommend Dr. Desai and his office enough!!!
Would give 0 if possible. They rescheduled an appointment without telling me or even calling and would not honor the original time I had my appointment scheduled for. They lied and said they left a voicemail the morning of, which is not true. I had to take time off work for this appointment and for them to play with people's time like that and to lie to my face is outrageous
