I want to briefly explain why I’m rating this company very low and why I would not recommend using them. The main issue is that they never finished the job, yet they still withdrew payment from my credit card — without even providing an invoice. Here’s what happened: My hot tub began leaking, so I went to their store and purchased all the necessary parts (and more).
