I had a very frustrating experience with the security guard named Rita at International Paper. I'm a truck driver, and I arrived several hours before my appointment, which was scheduled for 2:00 PM. Rita told me to come back and check in at least an hour before my appointment. I followed her instructions and came back at 1:30 PM.
