If I was able to leave 0 stars I would! First I arrived at 1403, sat in the drivers waiting area for over 30 minutes waiting my turn to go into the other door to checkin because only one person is allowed at a time. The lady behind the window was not rude but her tone and her facial expressions made you uncomfortable! After checkin she said I would have to be loaded at the off site location at 2075 Lynette Dr which is just down the street! But was told to park in the dirt lot until I’m called with a dock door! Such a horrible place to pick up waste of time literally has attitude at the front desk won’t be back
Sooooo nice when you have nobody working in the office, then they ignore the bell that let's them know somebody is waiting, multiple times.
Pretty easy pickup but sometimes the process can be slow. People are nice
