Showed up an hour and a half early but still got out right on time — so that’s a win. Once docked, loading only took 35–40 minutes. Front desk lady was easy to work with, making the whole process quick overall. Only downside was other drivers ignoring the stop sign at the entrance .. you're supposed to stop and check in, not pull past and block others from maneuvering. Reading is fundamental guys 🤦♂️
If I was able to leave 0 stars I would! First I arrived at 1403, sat in the drivers waiting area for over 30 minutes waiting my turn to go into the other door to checkin because only one person is allowed at a time. The lady behind the window was not rude but her tone and her facial expressions made you uncomfortable! After checkin she said I would have to be loaded at the off site location at 2075 Lynette Dr which is just down the street! But was told to park in the dirt lot until I’m called with a dock door!
