Terrible and non existant customer service. Their website lies- they have no phone support, no email support, and a chat support that has no answers and can do nothing to help you. They charge a “processing fee” for returns and their website is glitchy and dysfunctional. If anything goes wrong, there is no one to talk to at all. For a company that has the nerve to charge $200 for a cheaply made top this is unacceptable. Do not buy from them.

I was told by a neighbor that Nation LTD had good quality face masks for sale (apparently their daughter has a connection with the company) so I place an order and received five masks. While the timeframe was far longer than I would have wanted, the masks were good quality and comfortable to wear. I LOVE their clothes. The quality is amazing and their style is on point. I ordered three pair of pants and I swear they were at my doorstep the next day. Might have been two days, but that’s how fast it felt. I am so happy I found this brand. Will definitely order more! Thank you!
