Ordered a final sale dress that was way too small. I loved it so much though and really wanted to try a bigger size, so I took a chance and asked if they would exchange the dress, despite it being non exchangeable due to the final sale price. Joy was amazing and let me exchange it anyway. A+ customer service and kindness. Now I have this beautiful dress to wear to my cousins wedding in September. So excited! Thank youuuuuu!!!
Over the last 2 or 3 years I have purchased at least a dozen tops from Nation Los Angeles. If ever I there was a question on an order or I wanted to know if a favorite style or color could be created, Joy would promptly write back & explain. If I had any problem with returning an order that just didn't look right, she explained that there would not be any problem and there wasn't. I am pleasantly impressed & comfortable with Nation Los Angeles Customer Service.
LOVE Nation, I have a ton of their clothes, and they've always been so great when I needed to reach out to customer service.
Love this brand
Terrible and non existant customer service. Their website lies- they have no phone support, no email support, and a chat support that has no answers and can do nothing to help you. They charge a “processing fee” for returns and their website is glitchy and dysfunctional. If anything goes wrong, there is no one to talk to at all. For a company that has the nerve to charge $200 for a cheaply made top this is unacceptable. Do not buy from them.
