I booked my room in June 2018 and was told in February 2019 to cancel my reservations because the hotel will be close for repairs, I paid 2000.24 for a weekend and was told mu money would be refunded back to me. And it's been over two months and I hadn't gotten any refund. Every number they have listed is disconnected and they wont respond to emails. Don't waste your time here.
Worst hotel furniture I've ever encountered. Good value though. Great rooms. Terribly rude front desk clerk.
