Find another supplier to spend your money with. I've spent thousands of $$$ and they have NO customer service. You can't get a refund for defective parts, only credit that they NEVER apply to your new purchases and only keep it. The latest problem is trying to get my Bosscomm programmer repaired OR replaced. The programmer was about 90 days old and died. I sent to them for repairs and after 3 WEEKS, I'm getting a song and dance, blaming Bosscomm.
