This jewler was giving me an estimate on some rings. It was man with salt and pepper hair. He gave me bad customer service to me during my interaction with him. The ladies on staff were very nice. But with the man, I think it's the owner, he sounded like he didn't want me to be there. People kept coming up to him and saying hi, then he would continue to speak to them over me the customer he's been with for several minutes. I found him rude and unkind. Interesting concept for an indoor flea market. As a former jeweler and GIA certified I can tell you that you will pay over market value. Used items and very car salesmen like approach. They don’t care what you want they just want to sell you ANYTHING. I asked for a ring and was shown a necklace

Hadn’t shopped for jewelry in four decades. I needed to purchase an engagement ring for my new bride after losing my wife of 44 years to COVID. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and helpful from the time I walked in the door despite being very nervous and having no idea what I really wanted. It’s been about a year since my purchase and wonderful experience! I’m looking forward to going back soon to visit and chat and purchase something else (maybe a Rolex, lol).
