I thought I had a good vehicle bought it brand new with a maintenance package. I never serviced it anywhere but this dealership. The car started consuming too much oil which was proven through a consumption test. I guess the 100,000 mile warranty is only valid for some. They falsified info and had a mechanic lie to our face. Gave us the run around for months and did nothing. I contacted consumer protection and kia customer care and have plans to contact bbb and state attorney General.
