They'll sell you a house and if you need repairs or replacements, good luck. They'll send someone to do your underpinning at set up that will do an absolute sloppy job and won't make it right. Been here over 5 months still needing kitchen cabinet doors, front door, and repairs on skirting, along with other things. Get a different answer each time you call and speak to the manager. We went and got a new trailer from them and they side we could get the one we want so the next time we went to finish up the paperwork and went to get the one we wanted they tryed to sale us the one we side we did not like and would not let us have the one we wanted in tell we jumped on to them and we were about to leave and he went back and side it would work and when we signed all the paperwork he side we have warranty for a year and when we call them to get something fixed they side it was only under a 30 day warranty tha... read more
You get what you pay for and less.
Service is great when buying the home but once them papers are signed it’s TERRIBLE! Do not recommend International Homes…
