Incredibly disappointed! Customer Service here is nonexistent and the experience of the stylists is mediocre. Often unprofessional and rude. Had seen Stevie several times and her lack of experience and unprofessionalism forced my move elsewhere. Left a message for Owner to discuss situation and I am not surprised that my call was never returned. Looks like 30 years in the business has not translated into the understanding that customer service and professionalism within your craft is paramount.
I am very happy with the service of nail designer- Nina. She is the best.
Mariana is an unreliable nail stylist. She decided not to come in and go to the DMV instead. I arrived at the salon and Mariana kept calling and telling the receptionist she was on her way and kept me waiting. Finally she called and said she was at the DMV and couldn’t come in. I was told by several staff members this wasn’t her first time standing up a client. The rest of the staff and stylist are incredible!!
