Horrible service outweighs the beauty of the beads I have been there twice and have either been ignored or treated rudely. This is a place that will only help nicely dressed customers. Beads are nice but the service is so horrible I found myself leaving very upset. I would not reccommend this place at all unless you're wearing Gucci or something in that price range.
This is a fabulous bead store! No matter what you're looking for, they have it or will order it. They treat my sister very well and have never disappointed her (and she's picky).
World Class Bead Shop I love International Glass and Bead in Claremont. The owner and staff are helpful and friendly. They will assist you in finding the materials you need and show you how to make jewelry- step by step. The ambiance, selection of beads, and exceptional service make International Glass and Bead my favorite bead shop- and I have been to LOTS of bead shops.
Just wonderful I loved this store the employees were very nice and taught me and my friend to make earrings. they had a wonderful selection of beads and charms. and the prices were not bad for a small shop.

International Bead company needs new management This store has lots to offer,but customer service is not one of the amenities. The owner/manager is an extremely rude woman. When she is not in the store, the staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful... when she is present, everyone is tense. She complains about customers, her bills, the staff etc. I still shop here because I am desperate to find items and unfortunately they have the products. Beautiful store This bead shop is gorgeous. I could spend hours there. The beads are beautiful, some are very unique, it is anything you could hope for in a bead shop. They are extremely high quality, which make this a very expensive place to shop! If you make jewelry, I'd buy your seed beads at another store and get your fancy centerpiece beads here. They're beautiful.
Thanks So Much Shopping at International is always a great expierience, the staff is so helpful. The selection of stones, crystal, and unique beads, is amazing, I go there often, and I always leave with a beautiful treasure. Thanks to the staff for the great job they do, and to the wonderful way they always treat me when I shop here.
