Just wonderful I loved this store the employees were very nice and taught me and my friend to make earrings. they had a wonderful selection of beads and charms. and the prices were not bad for a small shop. I just loved it
International Bead company needs new management This store has lots to offer, but customer service is not one of the amenities. The owner/manager is an extremely rude woman. When she is not in the store, the staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful... when she is present, everyone is tense. She complains about customers, her bills, the staff etc. I still shop here because I am desperate to find items and unfortunately they have the products. I love the San Gabriel Bead company and The Garden of Beaden in Upland. What a differe... read more
This is a fabulous bead store! No matter what you're looking for, they have it or will order it. They treat my sister very well and have never disappointed her (and she's picky).
Fabulous Selection ... But I wouldn't spend a dime here I walked in and was excited to see the variety of beads. The store was busy, lots of people sitting at tables creating their masterpieces. I inquired about something and was treated rudely by an employee. I then watched as this same staff member was rude to two other customers. No matter how gorgeous their beads are I will spend my money in a store where I am treated with respect.
Wonderful If you like beads, this is a great place to lose yourself! Helpful employees make the shopping so much better. Take in a pattern and let them help you find the perfect beads!

Loves it I went to college in Claremont and never knew such a thing existed until one of my friends started working there over the summer. When I went in and saw what the store was all about, it felt a quarter like a neighborhood bar, quarter like slot machines, quarter like a slumber party, and quarter like art class. People were friendly, hanging out, enjoying each other...some totally invested in something they were working on. Others were musing about how cute or trendsetting some things could be. Some people were watchi... read more

Lots of beads to choose from and helpful too! I'm a beginning jewelry maker and this is the only shop I know of around that has lots of beautiful beads to choose from and they are helpful when learning to make the jewelry piece. They have trays to line up your beads for easy jewelry piece planning. Then you make the piece at the table they have. They will help you though I have had a couple experiences where they didnt seem to enjoy helping. But I didnt care, i was glad they helped me anyway because then I learned how to mak... read more
