Modified my rental agreement after I'd signed it, spent days arguing that the modified one was the one I'd signed, finally admitted it after I proved the modified one had been tampered with.
Location was great, unit was not as quiet as advertised, and the customer service was awful. I would never recommend renting from this company. I originally found their locations on Airbnb and messaged them directly to save costs. I stayed at one of their locations on Green. The location is good, but the hallway and recycling area noise were never stated and were loud at times. We rented from IER for 3 months at Bronte Street. The experience was great - the property was lovely and the team was helpful & professional. I have fond memories of my time here. If you're looking at short-term rentals in the Bay Area, this is an no brainer. We looked at AirBnBs and Blueground before we picked this one, and I'm so glad we did.
