I had a great experience with this company. The rent was fair, and the unit was in a great location. Customer service was responsive and the rent included monthly cleaning which was awesome. Some slight scheduling issues with the cleaning but nothing that couldn’t be resolved. I recommend and would book with them again!
They are an excellent company. We have worked with them for years, managing a property. Knowledgeable, experienced and honest. I highly recommend them.
Modified my rental agreement after I'd signed it, spent days arguing that the modified one was the one I'd signed, finally admitted it after I proved the modified one had been tampered with.
Location was great, unit was not as quiet as advertised, and the customer service was awful. I would never recommend renting from this company. I originally found their locations on Airbnb and messaged them directly to save costs. I stayed at one of their locations on Green. The location is good, but the hallway and recycling area noise were never stated and were loud at times.
