Our lab bought a piece of used lab equipment from them at a very nice price. Had a slight snafu with the purchasing arrangements, but they got it worked out. The equipment was shipped properly and for a fair price, and it worked when we got it hooked up (woohoo!). Buying used lab equipment can be dicey, but we had a positive experience with IET.
