The store is very unique. You can create jewelry or purchase pre-made items. Beautiful jewelry at different price points make this a great place for jewelry items. The staff inside made this a relaxing experience to view timeless jewelry.
Had a very bad situation but the way they handled it was even worse! Bought a ring 5 hrs kater i come back to return it because i found a better one in the mall! Nick and karima or whatever her name was they were so disrespectful and outrageous because i was back and want it my money. They told me theres no refund but on the receipt says 15 days for items not on sale! This company is beyond disreputable. The diamond ring that I bought from them, which they claim to have sized (which they did not, Bad on me for not forcing them to show me they had sized it!) Is completely inferior. I took it to my regular jeweler to be sized correctly, and they called me to tell me that every single prong was “short” and they wanted to charge me $125 just to build up the four prongs of the Center stone so that it would not fall out.
