I will never recommend this store. Here is the story.. I went in this store for one year warranty battery replacement because my wristwatch stopped before warranty expires. And, the staff who checked on my wristwatch told me that the problem is my watch. He said, “ You’re watch is no longer working, it’s not the battery.” For curiousity, I tried other store to see if it’s really not working anymore. And, boom! They’ve helped me with watch batteries ring, sizing jewelry repairs and the most beautiful jewelry purchases I’ve ever had. I highly recommend that you stop by and check out his huge selection. He can even help you design your own piece of jewelry.
I bought a beautiful oval shaped diamond engagement ring from them and they were very helpful. The staff was professional and explained everything about each ring I looked at and weren't pushy, I told them my budget and they stood in that range making me feel very comfortable. So happy with my purchase, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
