Went in with a 1.75 carat diamond ring to see what it’s worth. They took it in the back and 20 min later told me it wasn’t worth anything. I was floored since I had a jewelry store tell me $20k value. I left and after looking at my diamond I no longer see its characteristics. It used to have a small fleck of coal. I think they swapped out my diamond for a fake. Truly.

Gupta was very helpful. She greeted me at the door and escorted me inside. I explained what I needed as a gift for my wife and I showed her a photo of what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the products and different and I didn't feel pressured. There were many options to choose from and we found the perfect gift that was within my price range. My boyfriend and I went to look at engagement rings and were lucky enough to be helped by Rupa. She was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and educated us on the rings…particularly the diamonds. She went above and beyond from start to finish. She never pressured us and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. She made the experience incredibly amazing. Rupa is a rare gem.

First time visiting IDC I spoke with Rupa and she helped me look at wedding rings and helped me understand the different type of diamonds to look out for. It was really helpful and I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to pop the question!

If you are looking for kind and passionate people who know everything about diamonds, this is the place to go to. Rupa was the associate who helped me and she was incredible. She has a very profound knowledge of diamonds and was able to answer all of my questions. She is very kind and made the process very easy. She also went out of her way to have diamonds shipped in from another store. She went above and beyond and I am thankful that I was able to work with her. I will easily go back to Rupa for future purchases!
