Bought an engagement ring from them and paid for it to be a size 9. Few days later, they call me to “make sure I can pay for the ring” even though I offered to pay in full at the time of sale. Then tell me I can pick it up at 3pm. They had me wait in the showroom until 3:45 to receive the ring. Eric was very helpful in helping me find the right diamond for my engagement ring. My original diamond fell out and went missing so you can just imagine how upset I was. They did all the repairs on the prongs and such and the end result was beyond beautiful!! Would highly recommend to friends
