This is the worst company to work with. Don’t waste your time or money. I worked with Michael, Dave and Randy and they don’t respond to you for months. They drag out the “investigation” for months with not a single update. Even when you ask for follow up they say they will give it to you in a week. I repeatedly emailed and called and they never got back to me until 4 months later. I would never recommend someone to waste their time with them. Honestly I am considering escalating things.
