Dr. Peter J. Burrows, the surgeon who attended to me, was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, and I truly appreciated his approach. I also want to mention the other gentleman who assisted him; although I can’t recall his name, he was equally welcoming. My concerns, however, are not with the medical staff but rather with the administration staff at the facility. Unfortunately, they have been quite rude and hostile in our interactions. Dr.Marks is so beyond wonderful. I told Dr.Marks I was nervous about the procedure and he took the time to reassure me and completely put my fiancé and me at ease.
