Lourdes Herrera makes false mental evaluations letters for immigrants so they can obtain their green cards. Yes immigration Fraud. Audie Gammon is one of her patients that payed her to write a fake mental evaluation note to submit to Uscis to file vawa which was also advised by an attorney Mark Douglas. These fraudulent claims led to me be arrested last year and I’m awaiting to trial to bring all the evidence including the emails and notes to trial to further this immigration fraud ring that’s been going with them.
In previous years, Miss Herrera never took into account that my son was being manipulated by his mother. She didn't care at all, even though I was a good father, she collaborated so that my son grew up without a father figure, and in that way. broke the father-son bond.
