CHECK THE CARFAX! I almost went to purchase an '02 4Runner with "216,000" miles (according to the dashboard and listing), then checked the Carfax which revealed it actually has over 265,000 miles. Not sure who's at fault, the dealer or previous owner. Either way, this would have been caught and noted in the listing by any competent, honest dealership. We had been looking for Honda Odyssey for a while and came across the one International Car Center had for sale. We were coming from about 3 hrs away and had talked to other dealerships that said it was first come first serve and if we drove a couple hours and got there and it was gone, sorry...
