Only bc i have to put a star I chose 1 but in reality is 0!!!! cesar did not how to cut hair I even show hem a picture and he says yes he can do and not!!! At the end I look like Ursula and one side longer.. even on children's he doesn't know waste of money and time !!! Never again 😒 Â
