About to drive to dealership for the third time to buy vehicle. Obviously the owner of the business was having a bad day. I told him i would be there in 30 mins to buy vehicle he acted like I was inconveniencing him by giving him my business. The son had me sold with his personality being great and sharing our similarities. Well the father answered the night I was buying it to make long story short... Outstanding experience. Very comfortable. It was like sitting with family. Everything is perfect and my wife is in love with her new truck.
Great experience dealing with Rick. Honest, straightforward, trustworthy. Good communication and when I came to look at the car we took an extended drive, including highway driving, so I could get an idea of the condition of the car. Fair price and good service after the sale. He patiently dealt with my bank to put financing in place, which seemed to be a bigger hassle than it needed to be. After looking for weeks and being in all kinds of situations with different dealers, it was a pleasure doing business with Rick.
Rick was very helpful and answered my email swiftly. Polite and seemed very upfront about any issue with the vehicle.
They do not use Carfax and they did not send additional pictures when asked. Hard to trust.
