I am STILL waiting for a refund from 2018.. My identity was in question for some reason and I made an appointment at this Chattanooga location last year (2025) to solve the issue in person after an extensive online process. I was assured by the agent who helped me that my refund would be sent via direct deposit or check by mail within 2-3 months time.
