I’ve called the regular IRS support number and this office and it just routes me to the same IRS support line. I have not received my business EIN info and the timeframe has passed. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone lines either. No help whatsoever. I be spent hours waiting on the phone lines for days and no one answers or they disconnect the call.
