Disappointed that after being seen in the ED and trying to get a follow-up appointment my MD, they would only schedule me with an APRN citing availability. I explained this is beyond the scope of an APRN and they said I would have to wait 7 months to be seen by an MD. Very frustrated and sad that after being a part of this practice for over 5 years, they would refuse to get me the help I need when I need it.
