Very clean doctor office and the lady who takes the blood to a very good job. She made me feel very comfortable. I think her name was Toi
My complaint is the receptionist who answered the phone name Rhonda very rude. Attitude when you ask a question. Talk over you. I asked to speak to her office manager she never apologized, no empathy, she just connected me. She isn't professional she dont belong in this office. Everybody else is kind and nice not Rhonda.
I have been a patient of Dr.Seth Mindell for many year's.He is very professional and caring.I highly recommend Dr. Mindell. I have been seen by some of the other doctor's, they are all very good.Every time I go to the office I am seen promptly.The whole staff are excellent and polite.
