Ive always had the best experience, with both the staff and the doctors, I look forward to going, to each and every visit
Just wanted to give a five star for phleb working at my doctors office. I believe she works for the Genics laboratory, so smooth She took the blood. I’ve never had so easy thumbs up. Just wanted to mention very convenient instead of going to quest. They have an in-house lab that can draw your blood.
12/11/24 *update* .. I called and spoke to someone else and made an appointment assuming this place has a call center out of office and the location isn’t to blame… that isn’t the case. The people making the appointments are the ones you will see in the office. They are rude. Told me to arrive 7:45am just for me to rush and get here and them to not be here til 8am.. Attempt to make a new patient visit. Lynn answered the phone was very rude. Refusing to make me an appointment stating I need to call my insurance to get the member ID. When i have a medical card and all I have is an identification number. She refused to make me an appointment. I offered to bring in the card or send a picture she said no. She placed me on multiple holds I have no idea if she is new? But she isn’t very friendly. I was referred by a coworker with the same insurance. My new Dr I couldn't be happier with. He took so much time compared to where I'm from in Oregon where you get 10 minutes to get any time with your Dr. Before sent back out like a revolving door. Even a prescription sent over in Oregon could take three days. My Dr. Takes my concerns as valid and with compassion. His listening skills and patience is refreshing.
