RecommendedMy entire family has been patients of the office for a year now. We love Dr. Frank and his staff. The scheduling people are always very friendly and helpful and so are all of the others who we communicate with in his office. Very happy with the practice and its protocols. And of course we love Dr. Frank.
The staff is great and I really like my Doctor.
Everyone is friendly and professional from front desk to Dr. Demery. New Nurse for me, Jessie was amazing in taking my blood from virtually non existent veins. Took time in preparing them; did best job ever. Dr. Demery professional and kind. Hardly ever wait. Would recommend this office to anyone.
I’m not on social media but I felt I wanted to write a review of my wonderful experience today so I’m using my husband’s FB. I had my annual adult well exam today with NP Tera. First I was greeted by very happy and friendly people at the front desk. The check in process was easy. I was very surprised and happy that I was called back ahead of my appointment time and I also did not have to wait in the room before Tera came in. Yes!! We love the entire practice, but especially Dr. Bilella- I chose him over all others when I was pregnant with my son, and now 8 years later he’s the entire family’s doctor. We even moved to Gainesville for two years, and when we moved back, resumed his excellent care !

This is the best practice in town! I love Dr. Bilella for myself and my sons. He is genuine, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He takes his time and actually talks to his patients. He has a love for what he does and it shows! We will never go elsewhere. Here’s hoping Dr. B is in practice until I become a geriatric
