I had to wait approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes before I was seen by the doctor, which was incredibly frustrating. The scheduling system at this clinic appears to be very poorly managed. Every visit involves an unreasonable wait time, often stretching into several hours, regardless of whether you have an appointment. This kind of delay reflects a serious lack of consideration for patients’ time and raises concerns about the overall efficiency and organization of the practice.

I have been going here I believe 8/10 years. Everyone here has treated me very well. Couldn’t ask for better. No problem getting appointments, When I have been in the hospital they were there everyday. I was having some problems and they found out I had Parkinson’s. They then got me into a neurologist inn Shreveport that I really like. Normally when I have an appointment I’m there about 2 1/2 hours give or take. But, I don’t mind because I know they take their time with there patients. So I don’t mind that lets me know they ... read more
