Every time I go to their office it's a sit and wait game I was there today and 2 hours later never left the waiting room it was full and going nowhere my time is just as valuable as theirs
I had to wait approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes before I was seen by the doctor, which was incredibly frustrating. The scheduling system at this clinic appears to be very poorly managed. Every visit involves an unreasonable wait time, often stretching into several hours, regardless of whether you have an appointment. This kind of delay reflects a serious lack of consideration for patients’ time and raises concerns about the overall efficiency and organization of the practice.
I hope this time around I get care I need . I don't know why I never liked women nurses as doctor really give quality help . I hope I will get good results . I know for them to been there in that area have be a great all around service. It looks like they got picks and chooses who want see . I have been going here I believe 8/10 years. Everyone here has treated me very well. Couldn’t ask for better. No problem getting appointments, When I have been in the hospital they were there everyday. I was having some problems and they found out I had Parkinson’s. They then got me into a neurologist inn Shreveport that I really like. Normally when I have an appointment I’m there about 2 1/2 hours give or take. But, I don’t mind because I know they take their time with there patients. So I don’t mind that lets me know they ... read more
