When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was extremely nice and professional, so I felt confident that I had chose the right place. I was looking to establish care with a new PCP, so this was my first visit. However, I had a terrible experience at my first appointment and I am not sure I want to return to this practice. Samantha was GREAT…. The practice could use some improvement
Had a new appt, first time visit, preventive visit, with Dr. Wioletta Skeodzka West Haven office, and I’m somehow charged $55.The dr lied and said I had a mental episode and discussed asthma. Now if I’m there for a preventive visit how did that end up on the bill? Also how can any of that happen in 10 mins? Don’t trust this place because they are scammers and lie to insurance companies to try and get money out of you. If I could give zero stars I would have. The office staff are nice though. Definitely finding a new Dr.
