I received a colonoscopy on the 13th of February at the West LA Kaiser. It was painless, nice nap. The procedure was explained to me. The nurses, doctors and technicians were friendly but professional. They made sure was comfortable.
Dr. Milani is very professional and empathetic with my husbands very unfortunate diagnosis of Soft Tissue Sarcoma. We appreciate his professionalism and also his being a normal guy helping us through the most difficult time in my husband and our family’s life.
From check-in staff to nurse, doctor, and lab techs ..everyone was so pleasant to interact with.
