My mom had been seeing Dr Manthena for several years. She was not treated well by the Dr staff. She told the doctor about this on several occasions about her staff. My mom in the last couple of years has been seriously ill and I would take her to see the doctor. I could see the staff how they did not like my mom. 2 days before she passed away she called the doctor's office to talk to them about some blood work she had done the week before. The nicest doctor ive ever had, she listens and cares and never judges you or makes you feel uncomfortable asking questions about any concerns. She is very knowledgable and knows how to explain things to you in a way you can understand and makes sure before you leave that you feel heard and satisfied with the appointment. I’ve been a patient of Dr Manthena since 2020/2021 when I had a medical emergency. I REFUSE to see anyone else. Dr Manthena is always welcoming, listening, and makes her patients feel seen and heard. She always goes above and beyond for her patients. She’s always informative and reassures you that you’ll be fine—even in the event something does happen with your health. Dr manthena is such a sweetheart I absolutely love her, but she needs new staff immediately. They are rude, act like they don’t care about serious issues, say they will call you back but never do. I’ve called 4 times in the past 2 weeks to get in touch with my Dr to get my referral for my mri on my back and the staff are terrible. I’m 23 with SEVERE back pain!!
