Dr Andra Garrison is awesome!!
I have been on hold already for 50 minutes and I start work in 25 minutes. Won't let me schedule an appointment in MYCHART and I am beyond frustrated. Very poor service.
I took my partner here since we were trying to find a Dr in Akron. The office that we visited was a residency. They were very nice, accommodating, and made us feel comfortable. However, the insurance issue.. they practically REFUSE to call insurance and essentially force me to do the job by calling my insurance to walk THEM through the billing and claims system.
