Dr Patri is a great doctor. He asks questions in order to understand what the problem is and listens to me as a patient. He is kind, gentle and efficient. He is willing to let me ask questions about my care and responds with care. He has great follow- up as well and called me to make sure I was getting into the referral doctor I needed to see.
Yet again Lee Health is failing to teach their employees how to fax a simple referral. I don’t know how it takes them weeks to do that. And to send it to the wrong place is just unacceptable. This is not the first time this is happening. Lee Health should do better at rehiring better employees or teaching them to do their job right.
set up new patient 2 months ago , call today to just move date because a funeral comes up on that date , there office doesent care start all over and move up another two months . [ ridiculous ] office does not care ------------------------------
