Yet again Lee Health is failing to teach their employees how to fax a simple referral. I don’t know how it takes them weeks to do that. And to send it to the wrong place is just unacceptable. This is not the first time this is happening. Lee Health should do better at rehiring better employees or teaching them to do their job right.
set up new patient 2 months ago , call today to just move date because a funeral comes up on that date , there office doesent care start all over and move up another two months . [ ridiculous ] office does not care ------------------------------
I loved how he answered all my questions and addressed my needs. I feel that my health is in good hands.
As I approach 90 years old, I appreciate Dr. Pattri’s patience and willingness to explain so that I can understand.
