Parkland is where I go for all of my medical needs. They have fantastic doctors, and all the staff is always kind and helpful. It's the best place to go for top quality care, especially if you are financially challenged.

I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, only to be seen by a doctor who spent less than five minutes with me. The receptionist was rude when I asked about the delay, and the entire experience felt rushed and impersonal. If this is how they treat their patients, I’ll be finding a new internal medicine provider.

My mother’s appointment at Parkland Health was a complete disaster. The doctor rushed through her consultation, barely listened to her concerns, and prescribed medication without explaining the side effects. The staff was dismissive, and we left feeling more confused than when we arrived. For a reputable internal medicine practice, this level of care is unacceptable.
