July 29th, 2023 Dr Holloway cancelled all my future appointments today because I called up and asked to speak to him about one of his staff that was rude over the phone to me. He’s a good Doctor. I won’t take that away from him, however it’s not good business practice to cancel patients/customers who refuse to let people treat them poorly. Dr. Gomez is excellent! She has been my physician as well as my brother, who has Down's Syndrome, for the past seven years. We have never experienced a doctor with a better bedside manner. She is thorough and very knowledgeable but truly cares. As the former spouse of a family doctor, I have high expectations and she more than exceeded them. I feel truly grateful to have her as my doctor. Her recommendations to other doctors have always been very good as well.
Dr. Brust is the best, most well rounded physician I’ve had the pleasure to partner in my healthcare. You know he cares and is always attentive and makes you feel heard and you proceed, together. What great bed side manner and he is funny. Just love him and they AMAZING nurses. They absolutely rock! They not only meet your needs, they exceed them. I have been a patient of Dr. Hixson since he opened his practice in Smyrna. He is a very thorough and efficient doctor who has mastered being busy but always focusing on his patients with kindness and compassion. I live over an hour away from his practice now but will keep him as my Doctor as long as he will have me. He is the best!
Very thorough . Took time to explain and answer questions. Personally called me with lab report.
Dr. Kristen, Always takes time to listen to all my problems.....I go in once a year and as needed to stay healthy. She always has a plan.
Dr. Wray takes time to know his patients and provides outstanding COPD care.
She did not address decreasing kidney function, did not insure routine testing was done. Dropped as a patient because of something her staff told her, but it may have saved my life. She is not capable of handling patients with multiple comorbilities.
I really like Dr. Kellogg her staff however not so much. I feel like that Dr. Kellogg dropped me as a patient because of something her staff told her. I called to make an appointment and they said Dr. Kellogg didn't want me as a patient that we weren't a good fit. Not sure why because I got no explanation.
